This is the last part of my jingle. It’s a conclusion, so it’s short.
But the toad,toad,toad
Went down the road,road,road
And was never seen again, again, again
Except by a hen,hen,hen.
The Car and My Mom

My grandparents are coming over this afternoon. They’re going to take care of us while my mom and dad go to a Christmas party. They’ll be sleeping over tonight. I’m really excited. I don’t get to see them often. My sisters and I will have a really fun time tonight!

This is the next part of the jingle.
The big toad, toad, toad
On the road, road, road
That would eat, eat, eat
Him, thinking he was meat, meat, meat
But he wouldn’t like, like, like,
The taste of the pane, pane, pane
That went down the lane,lane,lane…
There’s more! Check in a week!
Helping Them Out
December 7, 2007 at 11:42 am | In interests | 6 CommentsTags: compassion, Day room
The Friday after Thanksgiving, I stayed over at my grandparents’ house. I went to the Day room where my grandmother works. A Day room is a place where homeless people can stay and have meals. I helped give out coleslaw and desserts.
These people are just like us. There are people all over the world that are just like that. It’s your choice to help them. I can tell you what it feels like to help them. You feel satisfaction. You’re showing them that you care. In the Bible, it says”…whatever you do unto the least of these, my brothers, you do it unto me.” That’s Jesus speaking! We should have compassion on one another.
Jingle

This is a jingle that my sister and I made up. It is a Thanksgiving one, but it still might be funny.
I went down, down, down
To English Town, town, town
To buy a turkey, turkey, turkey
I named him Tom Lurkey, Lurkey, Lurkey
Then I bought some corn, corn, corn
Wrapped in a horn, horn, horn
Next I bought some stuffing, stuffing, stuffing
But it went puffing, puffing, puffing
Down the lane, lane, lane
To buy a pane, pane, pane
Of window- glass, glass, glass
So it could pass, pass, pass…
Want to know what the stuffing wanted to pass? Check next Wednesday!
