Halloween Problem

A couple of days ago a Halloween costume catalog came to our house. I found a really cool costume in it but the problem is, it’s $30. My mom says she absolutely will not pay for it because then everybody else will want one. I have some money that can help but she will still have to pay $100 for everyone else. Any ideas on how to fix this?

try telling her that you’ll do some chores around the house like vacuuming, dishes, cleaning the bathrooms, etc. to “pay off” the costume.
